Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


📍 ORDER TRACKING


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


SHIPPING DELAYS


We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Postal carriers (Canada Post, USPS, etc.)
Customs processing (international orders)
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


📦 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES


YVIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
