3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Dietary supplements (including matcha collagen and slimming tea)
Personal care or ingestible products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.

Clear photos of the issue
